Shipping Policy – Clavis

1. Processing Times

Your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of your key and confirmation of your payment. In case of urgency, please contact us by email at contact@clavis.boutique.

2. Delivery

• In France: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days
• Europe / International: Variable delivery times (7 to 15 days), costs calculated at checkout

Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Returning Your Key

Please send your key to the following address:

We recommend using secure packaging and tracked mail (we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit).

4. Risks and Delays

Once your key is handed over to the carrier, the risks of loss or damage are your responsibility. We make every effort to meet deadlines, but delays (strikes, logistical issues, etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. Problem with Your Order?

If your order does not arrive or is damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and attaching photos if necessary.
