Returns Policy
Custom Products
Our custom keys are unique artisanal creations, made to your specifications, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Manufacturing Defect
In case of a manufacturing defect observed upon receipt, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will then proceed with a new manufacturing free of charge.
Key Incompatibility
If our master locksmith determines that your key is not compatible with our models after receipt, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable. They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
